Olufela “Lu” Fagbure is the Founder & Director of IT Custom Solution LLC, a multi-practice technology firm serving government and commercial buyers.
Lu’s background spans more than a decade in enterprise technology management, IT consulting, systems engineering, and asset management. He brought that perspective into IT Custom Solution, where his work now connects procurement, technology delivery, responsible automation, strategic teaming, talent, and venture development.
IT Custom Solution is an NYC-certified Minority Business Enterprise and an NMSDC-certified Minority Business Enterprise through the NY & NJ MSDC. The firm is active in SAM.gov under UEI PR9KWJPM4JU9 and CAGE 91CE1. Its SBA 8(a) application was submitted in 2026 and is under SBA review; the firm does not hold 8(a) certification. Named public-sector delivery includes competitively awarded technology-supply work for City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri and Rensselaer County, New York.
Alongside leading IT Custom Solution, Lu is developing Winrove, OpsTicket, ClaimKeel, Alex Folzi and Karboii. Each is at a different stage. Winrove is a government contracting platform. Its app is live; broader work remains incomplete. OpsTicket is a technical practice, assessment and recruiting platform. Its replacement has not yet shipped; existing accounts retain their own sign-in, data, support and commercial terms. ClaimKeel is a medical billing platform in development with synthetic data only. Alex Folzi focuses on fashion and fit technology; its website is live while the broader product is still developing. Karboii is an income-first vehicle-leasing platform intended to connect customers, dealerships and financing partners; its synthetic demo is in development and not yet available.
Across services and products, the operating standard is consistent: understand the requirement, make a bounded promise, preserve the evidence, and deliver in a way the buyer can verify.
Lu studied at the University of Alberta and is based in New York.
